    luxurious stay with fine onsen views

    The attentive staff welcomed us with snacks and drinks. Breakfast and dinner were both exquisite, with a good variety of flavors that exceeded my expectations. The serene ambiance of the hotel also contributed to an overall peaceful experience.

    The lobby could benefit from more seating options for a more comfortable experience.

    The open-air bath was perfect after a day exploring the gardens and temples. The staff were really nice too. I also loved having Wi-Fi to share our adventures online. Just be aware, the hotel only picks up from a specific train stop, which may not be convenient if you're relying on public transit.

    The only downside was that I wished we had stayed an extra night. Everything was really good, and we could have enjoyed more of the facilities.

    The room was a dream! We had a private open-air bath that was super relaxing. Everything was clean and spacious. The traditional Japanese design. The views from the room were fine too. A little pricey, but totally worth it for the experience.

    We loved the fine view from our room's private onsen and the kaiseki meals were beyond delicious, easily surpassing our past experiences in hakone. The staff were attentive.
